Actively Carrying out Innovation of Industry-university-research Cooperation to Promote a Rapid Development of Enterprise

当今社会"合作共赢"是不变的主题,企业要持续快速发展,产学研合作成功并有效实现科技成果的转化是关键。中色股份各出资企业通过产学研合作创新工作取得了一些成绩和经验,拓展了企业开展科技创新工作的思路,为生产企业提供了新技术与产品,培养了企业急需的技术人才。本文介绍了国内产学研合作各种模式,就中色股份各出资企业开展产学研合作创新工作情况和取得的成效,存在的问题,合理化建议等进行了阐述和分析。

Nowadays ＂Win--Win Cooperation＂ has become a common theme. It is significant for rapid de- velopment of enterprises to realize Industry--university--research cooperation and transformation of scien- tific and technological achievements. Subsidiaries of NFC have gained a number of achievements and expe- riences through innovation of industry--university--research cooperation, developed ideas for launching of scientific and technological innovation work, provided new technologies and products for the manufacturing companies, and trained the much--needed technical personnel for the enterprise. This thesis introduces various kinds of Industry--university--research cooperation modes, analyzes some main problems existing in the course of enterprise innovation, and puts forward some proposals for enterprise innovation.
