摘要
选用马尾松为材料,采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法研究不同Al浓度(0、10-5、10-4、10-3、10-2mol/L)对马尾松幼苗根、茎、叶片吸收和积累Mg、Fe、Mn的影响。结果表明:随着Al处理浓度的增加,马尾松幼苗茎中Mg、Fe含量呈递增趋势,但是根和叶片中Fe含量递减。Al胁迫明显抑制各器官中Mn的含量(P<0.05)。
Effects of A1 stress on uptake and accumulation of Mg, Fe and Mn in roots, shoots and leaves of masson pine (Pinus massoniana Lamb. ) seedlings treated with different concentrations of A1 (0、10^-5、10^-4、10^-3、10^-2mol/L)were investigated using Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry (ICP-AES)in the present investigation. The results indicated that the contents of Mg and Fe in shoots of masson pine seedlings increased with Al increasing,while the contents of Fe in roots and leaves of masson pine seedlings decreased. Besides ,absorption and accumulation of Mn in the organs were inhibited significantly (P〈0.05)under Al stress.
