第三次工业革命对推进广州新型城市化发展,建设低碳、智慧、幸福、美丽广州是重大机遇,在这一背景下,广州当前还存在科技创新不强、产业实力不够雄厚和主动布局未来产业效率滞后等方面的挑战,未来需要高度重视第三次工业革命浪潮,抓紧布局,强化创新驱动战略,推进产业转型升级,积极运用最新科技成果,加强交流与合作,提升国家中心城市综合实力。
The Third Industrial Revolution will promote the new urbanization develop- ment of Guangzhou, and is a major opportunity to construct a low-carbon, smart, harmonious and beautiful Guangzhou. However, Guangzhou is currently challenged by weak technological innovation, industrial strength and action in industrial layout. In the future, Guangzhou needs to attach importance to the third industrial revolution, be forward-looking in industrial layout, strengthen innovation-driven strategy, promote industrial restructuring and upgrading, actively apply the latest scientific and technological achievements, promote cooperation, and enhance the city＇s comprehensive strength as a national central city.
