摘要
对于一些学业优异的学生,在多家用人单位有招聘意向的情况下,如何做出符合自己人生规划的决策,是一件很难的事情,为了解决大学生择业问题,依照我院一名学生个人规划要求,应用层次分析法得到符合其择业意愿的数学模型,从而定量化的解决了大学生择业问题.
It is a very difficult thing for some academic excellent students to make a career decision when facing many recruitment intentions. In order to solve the employment problem, the paper applies the analytic hierarchy process to get the suitable mathematics model and solves it by quantification.
