摘要
传统转炉炉底采用十字型砌筑,导致寿命普遍不高,底吹冶炼环境不是十分理想。随着环砌法的推广和应用,炉体寿命大幅提高。结合转炉耐材设计方面的经验,探讨了转炉球形底环砌法的设计方法及实际使用,在现场实际应用后效果良好。
This paper gives a comparison between conventional cross masonry and new type circular masonry for bricks at converter global bottom.It shows that the circular masonry can drastically prolong the proper life,but the converter with cross masonry has short service life and unsatisfactory smelting environment with bottom blowing.With experience in converter refractory design,the paper also provides design method and circular masonry utilization,which has been proved with good performance on site.
