边防部队士官学校人才培养的思考

The thought about the talent training in school of frontier guards sergeant

士官队伍作为军队人才建设"五支队伍"之一,是部队战备训练、教育管理的基本骨干,是操作和维护武器装备的一线人才,在军队现代化建设中有着不可替代的重要作用。结合笔者多年士官教学的管理与培养经验,着重讨论教育教学在公安边防部队士官人才培养中的手段及方法。

As ＂one of the five teams＂ in our army talents construction, sergeant team is the forces＂ basic backbone of combat readiness training, education management and is the first-line talents of operating and maintaining weapons equipment, whom has an irreplaceable role in the modernized construction of armed forces. The paper combines the author＇s management experience of sergeant teaching for many years, which focuses on the discussion of ways and methods in the sergeant talents training.
