短期外警培训中的汉语教学研究——以云南警官学院为例

A Survey on Chinese Teaching in a Short Period of Foreign Police Training——Take Yunnan Police Officer Academy as an Example

云南警官学院自2002年成为全国首家承办外警执法培训的公安院校,多次完成亚洲相关国家外警培训任务,在外警培训中取得了良好的效果。短期外警培训汉语教学是提升中国"软实力"的重要手段,能加强中国与亚洲发展中国家警务人员的合作与交流,奠定汉语国际推广事业向警务执法行业交叉发展的基础。针对云南警官学院外警培训汉语教学自身的特点和存在的问题,要改善此情况需换位思考,缓解学员心理压力;以国别为本调整授课内容;延伸教学场地,学以致用;整合师资,利用好网络资源。

Since it has become the first police academy to undertake foreign police training in China in 2002, Yunnan Police Officer Academy has undertaken many training missions to police from related Asian countries and made good efforts. Chinese teaching in a short period of foreign police training is an important way to improve our national power, further strengthen the policing cooperation and communication with developing countries in Asia and make basis for the development of Chinese teaching as a foreign language to police. In view of the characteristics and problems of Chinese teaching in a short period of foreign police training in YNPOA, teachers need to exchange ideas to relieve the pressure from learners; the teaching department need to adjust teaching content for different learners, extend teaching field, integrate all the instructional resources and make good use of network resource to improve the teaching effort.
