新疆公安信息化应用教官的培养思考

On Training to Instructors of Policing Information Application in Xinjiang

公安信息化应用是公安工作发展的必然趋势。新疆公安为了保证公安信息化应用的顺利开展,结合本地实际情况开展了一系列的民警培训工作,特别是公安信息化应用教官的培养。现阶段新疆公安信息化应用教官培养已经初见成效,但在取得成绩的同时我们也发现存在的一些问题。面对机遇和挑战,新疆公安应该从教官选拔、系统化培养、教官交流等方面对公安信息化应用教官的培养进行完善。

Application of policing information is an inevitable trend of public security work. To ensure a fluent implementation of policing information application, police organs of Xinjiang have carried out a series of trainings complying with local situation to police, especially to instructors in this field. At this stage, the training to instructors has been proved effective. But there are some problems arisen also. To encounter change and challenge, the public security organs of Xinjiang shall further improve the selection of instructors, systemic trainings, exchange programs of instructors, and etc..
