Comparative research on policing theory indicates a research conducted between police systems or phenomena of different time or different countries, which leads to analysis of similarities and differences between police force of each country. It＇ s a research method used to explore the general law of police development. It can deepen the understanding of police political theory, extend our scope of this field. By making research on the experience of police system in foreign countries, a country can observe its own police system. By drawing lessons from other countries, one could learn the advantages and limits of the motherland, and further carry out research on police theory to better practice and provide service to the policing politics.
