This article expounds the development of aquaculture major’s systematic curriculum system based on the guidance of working process which is according to the need to foster qualified personnel of aquaculture major, based on existing teaching practice, through investigate of the trade, fix typical working task, fix moving field and put it into the practice of study. And through the close cooperation with business, with good use of all of the educational resource, stimulate the leading function of teacher and student sufficiently, use flexible, practical and efficiently teaching method and approach achieve good teaching results.
