良恶性胸腔积液的^(18)F-脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射断层扫描/CT评价 被引量:1

摘要 胸腔积液是临床常见疾病,其良、恶性是临床最为关心的问题,但准确诊断较为困难。胸腔穿刺所得胸腔积液生化及细胞学检查是判别胸腔积液性质最为常用的手段,但面临敏感性较低等问题。多层螺旋CT(MSCT)以其独有的高分辨力,被临床广泛应用。正电子发射断层扫描(PET)/CT作为一种新的检查手段,其功能代谢与形态学显像的完美结合,为我们诊断胸腔积液提供了新思路。本文旨在初步评价PET/CT在恶性胸腔积液患者中的应用价值。
