摘要
常规的色散移相器采用延时传输线的设计方法并不满足微波系统小型化和高可靠性的重要趋势,采用多层三维结构的低温共烧陶瓷(Low Temperature Co-fire Ceramic,LTCC)技术是一个有效的解决方案。基于基础微波理论,结合LTCC技术特点,引入不同层传输线的互连转换,设计了一款225~400 MHz的7位数字延时器,最大时延5 ns,取得了良好的测试结果。延时器模块具有体积小、精度高和易于批量生产等特点。
The design scheme that the regular dispersion phase shifter uses time delay transmission line can’t accord with the development of microwave system,and an effective solution is to use LTCC(Low Temperature Co-fire Ceramic) technology,which can meet the requirements of miniaturization,good performance and low cost.Based on microwave theory and features of LTCC technology,this paper designs a 7-bit digital delayer of 225 ~ 400 MHz by introducing interconnection and transform of different layer transmission line.The maximum time delay is 5ns,and the test result is better.This delayer module has such features as small size,high precision and easy to manufacture.
