摘要
为了更好地利用Suwan1/Mo17改良系,为玉米育种提供参考,采用NCⅡ遗传交配设计,用从玉米Suwan1/Mo17的改良系中随机抽取14个材料和Mo17与代表我国玉米4大骨干系的黄C、丹340、黄早四和78599组配60个杂交组合,并进行组合鉴定。结果表明:根据鉴定结果进行方差分析,10个农艺性状除出籽率没有达到显著水平外,其他性状都达到极显著水平。从所选用的材料看,用来源于Suwan1群体的S37与S611改良Mo17的效果比较好,用QB48改良Mo17的效果最差。同时用Suwan1/Mo17改良系与MO17在农艺性状上进行比较,通过Suwan1改良Mo17,在叶数变化上差异不显著;而株高、穗位高、穗长、穗粗、穗行数、秃尖、百粒重和自身产量变化较大,都达到极显著水平;株高、穗位高显著下降,穗粗、穗行数和粒重都显著增加。QB478-1穗粗、穗行数、粒重和小区产量分别比Mo17增加5%、15.7%、18%和50%。
60 hybridized combinations from 14 Suwan1/Mo17 improvement lines, Mo17, Huang C, Dan 340, Huangzaosi and 78599 were identified by using NC II genetic mating design to utilize Suwanl/ Mo17 improvement lines for maize breeding in China. The results showed that 9 agronomic characters all reached the very significant level except for seed rate. The improvement effect of S37 and S611 from Suwanl population on Mo17 was the best and the improvement effect of QB48 from Suwanl population on Molt was the worst. There was very significance in height, ear height, ear length, ear diameter, rows/ ear, barren tip, 100-grain weight and yield between 14 Suwan1/Mo17 improvement lines and MolT. The height and ear height of Suwan1/Mo17 improvement lines were significantly reduced but the ear diameter, rows/ear and grain weight were increased obviously. The ear diameter, rows/ear, grain weight and plot yield of OB478-1 were 5%. 15.7%. 18% and 50% higher than Mo17.
