摘要
为了给贵州大方红杆天麻的营养特性研究提供参考,以贵州大方红杆天麻为材料,采用原子吸收法测定不同大小天麻样品及其蜜环菌中的矿质元素含量。结果表明:1)贵州大方红杆天麻中的氮、磷、钾元素含量分别为13.59g/kg、1.70g/kg和9.43g/kg,蜜环菌和天麻中的Cu含量分别为5.07mg/kg和2.10 mg/kg,Fe含量分别为325.84 mg/kg和480.03 mg/kg,Mn含量分别为77.37 mg/kg和33.47mg/kg,Ca含量分别为4 069.68 mg/kg和1 318.73 mg/kg,Mg含量分别为215.72 mg/kg和43.98mg/kg,Zn含量分别为184.35mg/kg和64.66mg/kg。2)除Fe元素外,蜜环菌样品中的微量元素含量均明显高于不同大小的天麻样品,并形成一定浓度差,3种不同大小的天麻样品中也存在由大到小的矿质元素浓度差。因此,天麻可通过渗透作用从蜜环菌中获取矿质元素,即蜜环菌与天麻为共生关系。
The contents of mineral elements in different G. elata and A. mellea samples from Dafang County, Guizhou were determined by atomic absorption method to provide a reference for research of its nutritional characteristics. The results showed that: 1) the content of N, P and K in G. elata was 13.59 g/kg, 1.70 g/kg and 9.43 g/kg respectively and the content of Cu, Fe, Mn, Ca, Mg and Zn in G. elata and A. mellea was 5.07 mg/kg and 2. 10 mg/kg, 325.84 mg/kg and 480.03 mg/kg, 77.37 mg/kg and 33.47 mg/kg, 4 069.68 mg/kg and 1 318.73 mg/kg, 215.72 mg/kg and 43.98 mg/kg,184.35 mg/kg and 64.66 mg/kg separately. 2) the content of trace elements in A. mellea was significantly higher than different G. elata samples except for Fe and there was a certain concentration difference. There was concentration difference in mineral elements among three G. elata samples with different size. G. elata can gain mineral elements from A. mellea by means of osmosis, which indicates that there is a symbiotic relationship between G. elata and A. mellea.
