摘要
为向几丁质酶资源的开发提供研究基础,鉴定1株具有较高产几丁质酶活性的菌株,将未知菌株CB5-13活化后,经形态、生理生化及16S rDNA序列鉴定未知菌。结果表明:经鉴定该菌属链霉菌属,命名为左氏链霉菌CB5-13(Streptomyces drozdowiczii CB5-13),是一种新的几丁质酶产生菌。原核生物经形态、生理生化及16S rDNA序列分析后,鉴定结果可信,方法可行。
In order to identify a strain named CBs-13 with higher chitinase activity and provide the research foundation for chitinase's resource development. After activated CB5-13, the authors identified it by observing its morphology character, physiological and biochemical characteristics and measuring its 16S rDNA sequence. The results showed that it belonged to Streptomyces, named Streptomyces drozdowiczii CBs-13, it was a new chitinase producing bacteria. The results of prokaryotes identified by morphological, Dhvsiological, biochemical and 16S rDNA sequence analvsis is credible and the method is feasible.
