消费品价格波动对农村居民消费支出及福利的影响

Impact of Consumer Price Fluctuation on Consumption Expenditure and Welfare of Rural Residents

采用1995-2009年我国农村居民在食品、住房、交通通讯、娱乐文教等商品消费的相关数据,运用AIDS模型对农村居民的消费行为进行了计量分析,并利用补偿变量对价格波动带来的福利影响进行了评估。结果表明:农村居民食品、家庭用品、医疗保险的支出弹性小于1,表现为缺乏弹性,而居住和文教娱乐的支出弹性大于1,表现为富有弹性;不同收入水平的农村居民受价格波动的影响不同,收入越低的农村家庭受价格波动的影响越大,对农村不同家庭的补偿随其收入的增加呈下降趋势。

The consumption behavior of rural residents was analyzed by AIDS model based on the relative data of food, housing, traffic communication, entertainment, culture and education of rural residents in China from 1995 to 2009 and the impact of price fluctuation on welfare was evaluated by the compensating variable. The results showed that the expenditure elasticity in food, housewares and medical insurance was less than 1 but the expenditure elasticity in housing, entertainment, culture and education was more than 1. The price fluctuation had the different impact on consumption behavior of rural residents with different income levels. That is, the price fluctuation had obvious impact on the consumption behavior of rural residents with the low income level. The compensation for rural different families presented a declining trend with their income increase.
