摘要
不同坐标系下的图形转换不仅要进行平移、旋转,还要进行缩放。本文通过实例介绍了不同坐标系下图形转换的步骤,另外,还从较大区域图形的转换以及3°投影带边缘的图形转换的误差进行了分析,图形转换可用于城市规划以及一般工程。
