摘要
采用微波消解-微分电位溶出法对面制食品中铅、镉进行同时测定.结果显示铅和镉同时测定的线性范围分别为0~32 ng和0~16 ng,回收率为92.5%~106.2%,相对标准偏差为2.8%和1.7%.
The microwave digestion-differential potentiometric stripping method is used for simultaneous determination on lead and cadmium in flour food. The linearity ranges of lead and cadmium determinations are 0-32 ng and 0-16 ng respectively. The recovery rate of lead and cadmium simultaneous determination is 92.5%-106.2%. And their relative standard deviation are 2.8%and 1.7%respectively.
