介绍了红磷分公司800 kt/a硫磺制酸装置HRS循环酸泵轴干气密封结构、泄漏和磨损情况及维修措施,重点介绍了干气密封静密封环采用不锈钢热镶石墨并对泵轴进行调校后,HRS循环酸泵运行平稳,未再发生轴封泄漏问题。
The construction,leakage,wear conditions and maintenance measures for the dry gas seal of HRS circulating acid pump shaft of an 800 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant of Honglin Branch Company are introduced.In particular,after using stainless steel hot mounted graphite for the dry gas seal static sealing ring and after adjusting the pump shaft,the HRS circulating acid pump operation is stable,and no shaft seal leakage problem has happened.
