摘要
从制磷电炉内各温度段的反应机理入手,分析了影响制磷电炉炉渣中w(P2O5)的主要因素,如焦炭用量、焦炭粒度、反应区的温度控制,以及生产过程控制如炉渣酸度、反应时间控制等,提出了相应的改进措施和办法,以期达到降低成本、提高经济效益的目的。
From the reaction mechanism of each temperature stage of the phosphorus electric furnace,main factors influencing the w(P2O5) of the phosphorus electric furnace cinder are analyzed,such as coke consumption,coke particle size,temperature control in the reaction section,and production process control like cinder acidity,reaction time control.And relevant improvement measures and methods are proposed,so as to realize the purpose of reducing cost and increasing the economic benefit.
