摘要
在生产用矿和湿法磷酸中固含量等工艺指标相对稳定的生产系统,用(1+1)盐酸溶液加热快速溶解试样、250℃快速干燥磷钼酸喹啉沉淀法测定DAP中的全磷含量,将测定的全磷含量减去校正系数修正为DAP试样的有效磷含量。与国家标准测定DAP中有效磷方法进行对照,绝对差小于0.10%,耗时1.5 h,比标准方法缩短1.5 h。该方法准确度高,速度快,适用于DAP生产企业在过程控制中对有效五氧化二磷含量的测定。
In a production system where the process indicators such as solid content in production ore and wet-process phosphoric acid are relatively stable,use(1+1) hydrochloric acid solution heating rapid dissolution of the sample,250 ℃ rapid drying quinoline phosphomolybdate sedimentation method to measure the total phosphorus content in DAP,and deduct from the measured total phosphorus content a correction coefficient to correct it to the effective phosphorus content of the DAP sample.Compared to the method for measuring the effective phosphorus in DAP in the national standard,the absolute error is smaller than 0.10%,time consumption is 1.5 h,which is 1.5 h shorter than the standard method.The method features high accuracy,rapid speed,which is applicable to measurement of effective phosphorus pentoxide during process control by a DAP producer.
