基于社会排斥理论的高校家庭经济困难学生就业帮扶研究

Study of Employment Assistance to College Students from Economically Disadvantaged Families Based on Social Exclusion

社会排斥理论作为研究社会发展存在问题的最新成果,对研究高校家庭经济困难学生(以下简称"困难学生")就业帮扶工作具有借鉴和指导意义。通过对社会排斥理论的阐述,分析困难学生就业排斥的原因及造成的后果,提出问题解决对策,呼吁社会各界关注和关心困难学生就业问题,在政策引领、就业指导和个人帮扶等方面加大工作力度,切实提升学生就业竞争力,努力摆脱社会排斥阴影。

Social exclusion as the latest achievements in the research of social development problems, it works for the reference and guidance to study of the employment assistance to students from economically disadvantaged families （here in after referred to as ＂poor students＂）. According to the exposition of Social exclusion, it analyses the causes and consequences of poor students＇ employment exclusion, proposes countermeasure of questions, appeals the community＇s concern and attention to the employment problem of poor students, calls the community to increases the efforts of policy leading, employment guiding and individuals helping of poor students, effectively enhance students＇ competitiveness, help the students to get rid of the shadow of social exclusion.
