基于“局内人—局外人”视域下促进校企深层次合作的研究

当前,职业教育模式发生了重大转变,由职业院校单独培养到"校企合作"办学,实现了由"局内人"到"局内人—局外人"并存的教育模式变革。职业教育模式的跨界变革,既是职业教育自身发展的需要,也是社会、经济等因素影响的结果。这种转变对职业教育的发展产生重大的影响。在我国现行开展的一些产学合作模式,大多还停留在初级层面的简单合作,缺乏深层次的合作交流。文章拟从"局内人—局外人"的视角来探讨促进深层次"校企合作"的策略,以期推动职业教育良好、持续、快速发展。

At present, vocational education pattern to have the great transformation, the vocational colleges training alone to the ＂school-enterprise cooperation＂ of running schools and realized by ＂insiders＂ to ＂insiders - outsider＂ coexisted education mode change. Vocational education patterns across the world to change; this is not only the needs of the development of vocational education itself, but also social, economic and other factors influence results. This shift in vocational education development has a significant impact. But China＇s current development of some of the co-operative mode, mostly still stays in the primary level of simple cooperation, lack of deep cooperation and communication. The ＂insiders - outsider＂ perspective is to explore promoting deep ＂cooperation between colleges and enterprises＂ strategy, so as to promote vocational education good, sustained and rapid development.
