摘要 针对博格华纳公司生产的12 V直流电机式EGR阀匹配一拖公司柴油机,基于英飞凌公司推出的新一代32位单片机TC1766平台,开发系统控制软件。本软件采用了闭环控制方式,通过对EGR阀开度的检测,计算输出相应的占空比值。由于采用了高性能的单片机与L298芯片结合的驱动方式,满足了直流电机式EGR阀的实时性要求。通过柴油机台架试验,进一步验证了该控制软件的功能。 For the diesel produced by YTO Group Corporation with 12-voltage direct current electromotor EGR valve from Borgwarner company,the control software was developed based on new 32-bit single-chip microcontroller TC1766 platform.This software was in closed loop way,which calculated the duty cycle for the output according to the position of the EGR valve.Due to the combination of high-performance single-chip microcontroller and L298 chip,the real-time performance of the direct current electromotor EGR valve was fulfilled.And in the diesel test bench,the whole functions of the controlling software were testified and verified.
