构建现代职业教育体系是近年职业教育改革与发展的重大课题。改革开放30多年来,我国的职业教育取得了长足发展,但也反映出一系列问题。许多问题长期存在而得不到有效解决,其根源就在于职业教育体系的封闭和不完善,缺乏与产业和社会的互动,缺乏灵活变通的机制,缺乏社会各界尤其是产业界的有效支持。必须寻求顶层设计上的重大突破,只有实现职业教育与产业的互动、职业教育体系的完善、职业教育与普通教育的沟通、职业教育与终身教育的融合、学历证书与职业资格证书体系的互认等,才有可能突破困扰,实现职业教育体系的创新。

Constructing the system of modern occupation education is a major issue in occupation education reform and development recent years.Through 30 years of reform and opening up,occupation education in our country has achieved great development,but it also reflects a series of problems.Many problems have existed for a long time,but can t be effectively solved.The fundamental reason lies in that:the system of occupation education is closed and not perfect,the lack of interaction with the industry and society,lack of flexible mechanism,lack of effective support from the society including industry.We must seek a breakthrough on the top design,realizing the interaction between occupation education and industry,perfecting occupation education system,building relationships between occupation education and general education,integrating occupation education with lifelong education,achieving the mutual recognition of academic credentials and occupation qualification certificate.These can break through the problems,to realize the innovation of occupation education system.
