摘要
采取降低合金元素Mn、Nb等方式降低Q345级中厚板制造成本,同时采用控制轧制温度以及轧后快速冷却补偿合金降低对强度的损失。试验结果表明,终轧温度控制在860~900℃,返红温度控制在650~680℃的工艺条件下,钢板组织均匀,晶粒明显细化,各项力学性能良好。
In order to reduce the cost of medium plate with yield strength of 345 MPa,the content of alloy elements of Mn and Nb were reduced.Rolling temperature and rapid cooling after rolling were controlled to compensate the loss of strength by alloy reducing.The results showed that by controlling the finish rolling temperature to 860 to 900 ℃,and self-tempering temperature to 650 to 680 ℃,the steel plate can attain uniform microstructure,obviously refined grains and good mechanical properties.
