对某炼钢厂铸机旋转塔旋转减速机输出小齿与外部传动过渡齿的啮合齿顶隙、齿侧隙进行理论计算与实地测量,论证输出小齿与过渡齿之间的实际啮合齿间隙是否与理论计算值相符,从而判断该开式齿轮传动经过1年多时间的使用后是否存在装配及传动问题。

This paper calculates and measures the opening type gear＇s tip clearance and backlash for a reducer of a steel mill＇s rotating tower,and demonstrates the calculation results whether equal to the actual values or not,which can judge whether the opening type gear transmission has assembly or transmission problems after one year＇s use.
