卷取机活门支撑间隙调整方法优化

Optimization of adjusting method of support clearance of coiling machine shutter

针对3台森吉米尔可逆式轧机卷取机活门支撑的配合间隙按照原始调整方法已无法满足生产需求的问题,对轧制过程中的卷取机卷筒进行受力分析,找出卷筒蘑菇头与活门支撑间的配合接触面,再通过原始间隙进行推算,得出最佳配合间隙,总结出一套快速有效的调整方法。

This paper concerned three Sendzimir rolling mills of which the coiling machine shutter＇s support clearances couldn＇t satisfy the production support according to original adjustment method.So the stress condition of rolling process to the rolling drum of the coiling machine was analysed.And the contact surface for cooperation between the reel mushroom head and the shutter support was found.Then through calculating the original clearance,got the optimum clearance,and summed up a set of effective adjustment method.
