摘要
本文对低铁耗条件下转炉操作出现的粘枪、生铁块不化、供氧时间长等问题进行了分析,制定出合理的低铁耗操作模式,扭转了一开始低铁耗生产时的不利局面,保证了炼钢生产的稳定顺行。
This article analyzed problems (such as lance-sticking, pig iron non-melting, long oxygen- blowing time) during converter operation in the case of low hot metal consumption, made appropriate operation mode, put an end to the unfavorable state at primary stage of low hot metal consumption steelmaking, and ensured steelmaking production steady and smooth.
