企业图书馆是我国图书馆队伍中的一个重要组成部分，企业图书馆是企业文化建设的中坚力量。当然，企业图书馆是不能独立于企业之外的，其所有的优势和作用，都必须根植于企业这片大土壤，得到企业内各个单位或部门以及所有企业员工的配合与支持，才可得以充分发挥。

Enterprise library is an important part of libraries in China, the backbone of enterprise culture construction. However, enterprise library is not independent of enterprises, all its advantages and functions must be rooted in enterprises and can exercise to the full because of cooperation and support of all units and employees in enterprises.
