摘要
针对当前水泥混凝土的抗拉强度低、弯曲韧性差、脆性大、易开裂等不足,提出一种超强掺硅混凝土的配方设计方法。首先对硅粉和混凝土之间作用机理进行分析,然后设计了硅粉对混凝土的稳定性、变形能力、强度、耐磨性、抗冻融能力以及抗疲劳性的影响测试实验,最后与其他设计方法进行对比测试试验。对比测试结果表明,相对于不掺硅粉水泥混凝土,掺硅混凝土不仅可以显著提高混凝土的路用性能,同时降低工程造价,具有较高的经济效益与社会效益。
The cement concrete has low tensile strength,flexural toughness,brittle,easily cracks and other defects.A super concrete mixed with silicon is designed.Firstly,the mechanism between silicon powder and concrete is analysis,then the stability of silica fume on concrete,deformation capacity,strength,wear resistance,freeze resistance and fatigue resistance effect are analysis,finally the comparison test is carried out.The comparison results show that,compared with unmixed with silica fume cement concrete,the concrete mixed with silicon can significantly improve the road performance of concrete,and reduce the engineering cost,it has higher economic benefit and social benefit.
