不同类型酸雨对小白菜生长及品质的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了不同类型的酸雨(硝酸型、硫酸型和混合型)在不同pH值条件下对大棚种植的小白菜株高、食部鲜重、食部干重、叶绿素、可溶性糖及维生素C的影响。结果表明:随着酸雨pH的降低,小白菜株高、食部鲜重、食部干重均有不同程度的降低,pH为5.6时,三种生长指标达到最大值,硝酸型酸雨影响最大。硫酸型酸雨对小白菜叶绿素含量的影响最大,随着酸雨pH值的降低叶绿素含量逐渐减小。小白菜叶片可溶性糖含量和维生素C含量均随着采样天数的增加而增大,收获后的小白菜当酸雨pH为5.6时两种指标达到最大值。当酸雨pH<5.6时,随着pH值的降低,两种营养指标值也随之下降。硝酸型酸雨对两种营养品质指标的影响最大。 Effects of different types of acid rain(Sulphuric Acid Rain,Nitric Acid Rain and Mixed Acid Rain) of different pH values on pakchoi plant height,fresh weight of aerial part,dry weight of aerial part,chlorophyll,soluble sugar and vitamin C were studied in the experiment.The results show that as the pH of acid rain reducing,there are decline of pakchoi plant height,fresh weight of aerial part and dry weight of aerial part in different degrees.When the pH value is 5.6,the pakchoi growth indicators reach the highest.And the impact of nitric acid rain on pakchoi growth indicators was the most.Effects of the sulphuric acid rain on chlorophyll in pakchoi leaves are the most and the chlorophyll content declines with the pH values of acid rain reduce.The contents of soluble sugar and vitamin C in pakchoi leaves grow with the increased sample days in all experimental.After harvesting,the two indicators reached the highest when the pH value of acid rain is 5.6.When the pH of acid rain is less than 5.6,the two nutritional indicators reduce with pH of acid rain declining.And the impact of nitric acid rain on the two nutritional is the most.
