摘要
抵抗水平荷载与地震作用是高层建筑结构设计的主要矛盾,剪力墙结构、框架-剪力墙结构是常用的抗侧力结构体系。其中,跳层剪力墙结构尚处于理论研究和试验检验阶段。借鉴跳层剪力墙结构的纵向布置思路,对传统框架-剪力墙结构的墙体做了错列布置,得到框架—跳层剪力墙结构,并从概念设计的角度比较了不同高宽比、不同墙体布置方案的新型框剪结构与传统框剪结构在地震作用下的表现,结构在地震作用下的反应借助MIDAS/GEN软件进行计算。通过对时程分析结果进行讨论分析,得出结论:新型结构体系在地震作用下具有更好的侧向刚度。
Resisting horizontal loads and earthquake is the principal contradiction in the structural design of tall buildings.Shear wall structure and frame-shear wall structure are two common structures of lateral resistant system.Skip-floor Shearing wall structure is still in the stage of theoretical study and test.The staggered shear walls in new frame-skip floor shear wall structure are based on Skip-floor Shearing Wall structure.Seismic responses of different types of new structure and traditional frame-shear wall structure are compared in view of the conceptual design.Structure response under earthquake is calculated by MIDAS / GEN.The comparison of the results of time-history analysis under earthquake shows that the lateral stiffness of new structure is better.
