摘要 半物理仿真实验平台常用于控制系统的检测试验,具有大量的物理信号模拟器及各种类型的传感器。为了简化试验系统的结构,降低试验成本,设计了一种新颖的Pt100温度传感器的数字仿真模块。该模块可以直接采集计算机数学模型的数字信号。经过数据处理,产生与Pt100热敏电阻传感器具有相同范围和精度的电阻信号,可通过软件编程实现故障模拟及量程更改。实验表明,所设计的传感器数字仿真模块具有合理的测试范围,较高的阻值精度,可应用于半物理仿真试验平台的结构改造。 Semi-physical experiment platform is applied in the testing experiment for the control system.This experiment platform is equipped with many physical simulators and a large number of varies kinds of sensors.To simplify the structure of the semi-physical experiment platform and reduce the experiment cost,a novel digital simulation module of certain sensors were designed.This kind of device could receive the digital signal from the computer directly and generate the corresponding resistance value of the Pt100 thermal sensor with the same testing range and accuracy.Besides,the function of fault simulation and testing range altering can be realized by the software.Experiments demonstrate that the device designed has a reasonable testing range,high accuracy and can be applied in the structure improvement of semi-physical experiment platform.
