数控技术的应用为加工制造业的繁荣奠定了良好基础,同时给生产带来各种便捷,但也存在相应的问题,如数控铣床间隙的产生就严重影响了加工的质量。本文探讨了数控铣床间隙的形成和其对加工质量的影响,并论述了对间隙进行调节和补偿的方法。

Milling machine clearance will seriously affect the quality of the processing. This paper discusses the formation of CNC milling machine gap and its influence on machining quality.
