沉降观测的目的是监测风力发电塔的沉降和倾斜变形,根据其变形量及变形速率来监测风力发电塔的施工安全和运营稳定。常规的沉降观测方法是采用闭合水准测量的方法,但这种方法影响其观测速度和精度,为此本文提出了往返同时观测的方法,对提高观测速度和精度具有重要的指导意义。
