三黄膏联合生肌膏治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮效果评价

Evaluation on the effects of Sanhuang plaster combined with Shengji ointment for bedsore of Ⅲ ～ Ⅳ stage

目的探讨三黄膏与生肌膏联合治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮的效果。方法选择2009年2月—2011年12月住院的Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮(均为院外带入)患者68例,随机分成观察组和对照组各34例,两组均采取以下措施:积极治疗原发病、有效减压、皮肤护理、营养干预、清创术。另外,观察组给予三黄膏、生肌膏外敷;对照组给予抗生素外敷。治疗第21、35天比较压疮治愈率、总有效率,比较压疮愈合时间。结果治疗第21 d观察组治愈率61.76%、总有效率91.18%,对照组治愈率35.29%,、总有效率70.59%;治疗第35 d观察组治愈率82.35%、总有效率94.18%,对照组治愈率44.12%、总有效率67.65%。两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。愈合时间比较:Ⅲ期压疮观察组(13.7±2.8)d、对照组(20.4±3.3)d;Ⅳ期压疮观察组(20.0±3.8)d、对照组(32.0±2.6)d。两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论三黄膏与生肌膏联合治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮可明显缩短愈合时间,提高治愈率。

Objective To explore the effects of Sanhuang plaster combined with Shengji ointment in the treatment of bed- sore ofⅢ- Ⅳ stage. Methods Sixty- eight hospitalized patients with bedsore of Ⅲ - Ⅳ stage from February 2009 to De- cember 2011 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 34 patients for each group. Both groups received the following treatment： active treatment of primary diseases, effective decompression, skin nursing, nutri- tion intervention and debridement. Besides, Sanhuang plaster and Shengji ointment were given to observation group for ex- ternel application; while antibiotics to control group for external application. Both groups were compared for curative rate and total effectiveness and wound -healing time on the 21st and 35th day after treatment. Results On the 21st day after treatment, the curative rate and total effective rate were 61.76% and 91.18% respectively in observation group, and 35. 29% and 70.59% respectively in the controls. On the 35th day, the curative rate and total effective rate were 82.35% and 94. 18% respectively in observation group, and 44.12% and 67.65% respectively in the controls. There was significant difference between two groups. For bedsore of In stage, the wound -healing time on the 35th day was（ 13.7 ± 2.8 ）d in observation group and（20.4±3.3）d in control group. For bedsore of IV stage, the wound -healing time on the 35th day was （20.0±3.8）d in observation group and（ 32.0 ± 2.6）d in control group. Significant difference was found between the two groups （all P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Sanhuang plaster combined with Sbengji ointment for bedsore ofⅢ- Ⅳ stage can shorten the healing time and imnrove curative rate.
