摘要
根据"优势、劣势、机遇、挑战"四位一体的SWOT理论分析法,对黑龙江省森林生态旅游开发的现状及发展策略进行分析,针对其存在的劣势以及所面临的挑战提出相应对策。在森林生态旅游的开发过程中,应坚持"开发与保护并重"的原则,积极建立健全各项管理机制,完善相应配套设施,以政府为主导,发挥市场运行调节机制,统筹兼顾,搞好黑龙江省森林生态旅游建设。[1]
According to the ＂ advantage, disadvantage, opportunities, challenges＂ SWOT theory analysis method, the article analyzed the development present situation of Heilongjiang province ecological tourism and put forward the corresponding countermeasures aiming at the disadvantages and challenges. In the process of developing forest ecological tourism, we should stick to the principle of ＂ play equal attention to the development and protection＂ , and establish and perfect the management mbchanism, perfect the relevant supporting facilities, government for guidance, play market operation regulation mechanism, overall consideration, do well in the construction of forest ecological tourism in Heilongjiang province.
