低流速及粘弹剂保护策略在扭动超声硬核白内障手术中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察扭动超声乳化在硬核白内障手术中的应用。方法对150例(186眼)硬核白内障采取低流速及粘弹剂保护策略行扭动超声乳化摘除术,术中观察前房稳定性,能量释放及时间,后囊破裂发生等情况,术后第1、3、7天观察角膜水肿,前房反应及视力情况,跟踪角膜内皮细胞变化。结果术中能量使用及乳化时间明显减少,无一例后囊破裂,术后第1、3、7天视力恢复良好,角膜内皮水肿不明显,内皮细胞丢失率低。结论扭动超声乳化硬核白内障采用低流速及粘弹剂保护策略是安全有效手术方式。 Objetive To observe the application of the strategy of low-velocity and viscoelastic substance preservation in hard- nucleus cataract surgery with torsional phacomemuleification. Methods 150 cases (186 eyes) with hard-nucleus cataract underwent torsional phacoemulcification with strategy of low-velocity and viscoelastic substance preservation. The stability of anterior chamber, energy and complications during the operation were observed. Condition of cornea edema, anterior chamber reaction, visual acuity and corneal endothelium were recorded at 1 day, 3 days, and 7 days after the operation. Results The phacoemulcification energy and time were obviously reduced. There is no case with posterior capsular rupture. The visual acuity was improved after the operation. There is no obvious cornea edema, and loss rate cornea endothelium is low. Conclusion Application of the strategy of low-velocity and viscoelastic substance preservation in hard-nucleus cataract surgery with torsional phacomemuleification is safe and effective.
