摘要
传统的食用菌工厂化生产监控系统常构建为一个封闭的内部系统,本文设计开发了一种基于KingView和OPC技术的食用菌工厂化生产远程监控系统。该系统基于台达DVP系列PLC,克服了以往软硬件由于缺乏统一的连接标准带来的数据难以共享的问题,远程用户通过自动化接口访问OPC服务器,并能够按照相关的权限通过ActiveX控件在线进行实时监测和控制。该系统基于食用菌工厂Intranet,实现了食用菌生产车间内各设备运行参数的实时远程监控。
The traditional monitoring system of edible fungus industrial production is often constructed as a seal internal system, a new way of remote monitoring and control system based on Kingview and OPC is designed and developed. The system bases on PLC of Delta DVP series, it can overcome formerly problem of data exchange hard caused by disaccording connections of software and hardware. Remote clients visit OPC server through COM, real-time detection and control can be done through ActiveX. This system bases on Intranet, remote users can monitor current equipment of edible fungus plant instantly.
