摘要
公民科学素质建设的关键性基础工作在于科普人才队伍建设,科普事业的发展也离不开科普人才资源支撑。培训是科普人才建设工程的主体工作。本文从科普人才培训需求分析入手,尝试运用系统理论设计科普人才培训实践体系,创新性提出实体培训与网络培训融合方式。
The civic scientific literacy construction relies on the science popularization professional team construction. The development of science popularization requires support from human resources. This paper analyzes the needs of science popularization professionals, try to use the Systems Theory to design an science popularization professionals training system.
