输卵管妊娠患者保守手术后中西医结合治疗的护理体会

目的总结腹腔镜保守手术治疗联合术后中西医结合治疗输卵管妊娠的护理体会。方法2008年2月“2010年5月在我院接受腹腔镜保守手术治疗联合术后中西医结合治疗的患者77例，所有患者均要求保留输卵管功能。回顾性分析所有患者的，瞄床资料，随访一年，观察患者持续性异位妊娠发生率，总结护理体会。结果77例患者均完成治疗，治愈率100％，术后6～8d患者血-hCG恢复正常；随访一年，所有患者均未发生持续性异位妊娠。结论腹腔镜保守手术治疗联合术后中西医结合治疗输卵管妊娠，术前术后正确护理可以防止持续性异位妊娠的发生。

Objective： To summary the nursing experience of patients with tubal pregnancy in treatment of conservative surgery combined with postoperative traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment. Methods： There are 77 patients with tubal pregnancy in treatment of conservative surgery and traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment from February 2008 to May 2010 in our hospital, all patients required reserves tubal function. All patients were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data, a year of follow-up, to observe the incidence of persistent ectopic pregnancy patients, sum up nursing experience. Results： 77 patients completed the treatment, the cure rate was 100%, β-hCG return to normal in postoperative 6-8d.During the study period, persistent ectopic pregnancy did not occur. Conclusions： Laparoscopic conservative surgery combined with postoperative Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment of tubal pregnancy, preoperative and postoperative proper care can prevent the occurrence of persistent ectopic pregnancy.
