摘要
资源教师在我国随班就读家校合作进程中起着越来越重要的作用。然而由于各种原因,随班就读家校合作中存在各种各样的问题,如合作内容形式单一、过于注重学校、教师的中心地位等,因此明确资源教师在家校合作关系中的角色,提高资源教师家校合作中角色意识促进资源教师角色功能实现显得尤为重要。
Resource teachers are plays an increasingly crucial role in the process of family-school cooperation of regular class learning.Due to various reasons,there are problems in family-school cooperation of regular class learning,such as the single cooperation style and content,improper attention to the position of schools and teachers.It is therefore of great significance to increase the awareness of resource teachers in family-school cooperation of regular class learning,so as to realize the function of resource teachers.
