People-oriented philosophy of education has the vital significance to the ideological and political education of college students.It is the demand of times development.It is also the requirement of university personnel training,building a harmonious campus and improving students＇ comprehensive quality.Realization of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities should be people-oriented,take the student as the main body,promote the growth of the mental health of students,respect the students＇ independence,and guide the students to actively participate in social practice.We should promote student＇s self-development ability and comprehensive quality improvement.
