Clinical Manifestations and Mechanisms of Antidepressant Withdrawal Syndrome

目的 :概述临床常用的抗抑郁药撤药反应的临床表现 ,并探讨其机制。方法 :对国外最近对抗抑郁剂研究的文献进行综述。结果 :抗抑郁剂撤药反应多表现为思维、情绪、行为、运动、感觉、睡眠障碍 ;是否发生撤药反应与抗抑郁药的半衰期、活性代谢产物有关 ;撤药反应的出现可能与药物对中枢神经系统中血清素、多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素、GABA、胆碱能类递质系统的影响有关。结论 :抗抑郁剂撤药反应表现多样 ,可能涉及多个神经递质系统。

Objective:The clinical manifestations and machanisms of antidepressant withdrawal syndrome were reviewed. Method:The recent literature about antidepressant studies from abroad were researched. Results:The manifestations of antidepressant withdrawal syndrome included thought, morale, behaviour, movement disorders, sleep disturbances, and cardiac arrhythmia. Appearance of withdrawal reactions may associated with pharmacological effects on serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine, GABA and cholinergic transmitter in central nervous system. Conclusion:Manifestations of antidepressant withdrawal syndrome are various, a variety of neurotransmitters may be involved.
