摘要
文秘专业人力资源管理课程改革力求将秘书工作与人力资源管理工作合二为一,以适应中小企业秘书岗位的新需求。首先进行项目化、任务导向式教材改革,其次结合工作岗位和工作任务对课程内容进行了调整,依照项目引导、任务驱动、行动导向、教学做一体化的原则进行了教学实施改革,最后采用开放式、全程化考核方式校验教学效果。
Secretary major of human resource management curriculum reform striving to secretarial work and human resource management work together,to adapt to the needs of small and medium-sized enterprise secretary post.First by project,task-oriented teaching material reform,secondly combining work and task to adjust course content,in accordance with the project lead,task driven,action-oriented,teaching integration principle has carried on the teaching reform,finally USES the open and thoroughly check the teaching effect appraisal way.
