当今社会,面对越来越多的未成年犯罪问题,对于未成年人刑罚体系轻缓化的问题也成为人们关注的关键。未成年人的刑罚体系是我国当前未成年人刑事责任制度中的重要的一部分。未成年作为当今社会中一个特殊的群体,他们在生理和心理上发展尚不成熟,因此决定了他们在社会中是一个受到大家关怀和保护的群体。但是当前的《刑法》中,对未成年人的处罚规定存在缓刑、无期徒刑、前科制度和累犯等处罚规定,同成年人的处罚标准基本相同,完全没有体现出未成年人在社会上体现出的特殊性。

In today＇s society,in the face of more and more juvenile crime problem,for minors to get over the anamnesis of severe punishment system has become the focus of the key problems.Minors punishment system is our country the current juvenile criminal responsibility system is the important part of.Juvenile as a special group in society today,they are in physical and psychological development is immature,so decided to them in society is a widely concern and protection.But in the current criminal law,punishment of minors regulations exist reprieve,life imprisonment,criminal record system and recidivist punishment,punishment standard basically the same with adults,no manifests the minors in social reflect the particularity.
