Management is essential to the existence and development of colleges and universities.Thus,local colleges must attach importance to management personnel construction.The paper objectively analyses the problems existing in management personnel construction in local colleges and puts forward countermeasures to strengthen the construction of local college management team in order to promote its healthy and scientific development to better serve college construction.
