浅谈高职高专院校”双师型”教师队伍建设

Discussion on ＂Double Type Teachers＂ Troop Construction in Higher Vocational College

自“双师型”教师出现以来，对于如何建设一支高素质、高水平的“双师型”教师的探索从未停止。其中，《全国教育人才发展中长期规划（2010-2020年）》指出职业教育人才队伍建设是以“双师型”教师为重点。要加大职业院校教师培养力度，开展以提高“双师”素质为重点的培训任务。由此可见，“双师型”教师队伍建设任务艰巨且时间紧迫。故本文试图时高职高专院校的“双师型”教师队伍建设的现状分析探索性的寻求建设对策。
