摘要
本文主要采用个案分析和文献研究法,从幼儿教师的专业化、师资管理、性别角色影响、背景性因素等方面来探究幼儿教师流动频繁的原因。
This paper mainly adopts case analysis and literature research, from the management for teachers of preschool teachers' professional gender roles influence contextual factors to probing into the masons of the preschool teachers' frequent flow.
